Mr. Sulaymonov has extensive experience in corporate governance at JSCs, including banking, finance, and public law. Having worked in the largest banks of Uzbekistan as a corporate and international lawyer, he has been actively involved in large investment projects, providing legal opinions and reviewing all types of contracts related to these projects. Additionally, for nearly 10 years of practice on business and commercial law, he was a permanent member of the project team responsible for attracting financing from international financial institutions. This solid experience gives him an advantage in working with investment and development banks.

Shokhrukh Bekmurzaev

Mr. Bekmurzaev has more than 7 years of experience in diverse sectors of law: banking and finance, fintech, commercial litigation, international arbitration, public procurement and investments.

He has been acting for foreign and local companies in commercial litigations and international arbitrations as a counsel, and supporting a fintech start-up in its operations.

Abduaziz Isakulov

Abduaziz Isakulov is a New York–qualified attorney with deep academic and professional roots in Uzbekistan. His legal practice focuses on cross-border investments, local regulatory compliance, and international dispute resolution.

He began his legal career in Uzbekistan, advising government and private clients on matters involving foreign investment and commercial law. At the Ministry of Justice, he represented the Republic of Uzbekistan in investor–state arbitration proceedings under ICSID and ICC rules. These cases involved complex claims of alleged expropriation, treaty breaches, and industry-specific disputes in construction, agribusiness, and textiles.

He later advised international clients at the Tashkent office of a prominent European law firm, where he worked on corporate governance, joint ventures, and regulatory strategy for foreign investors entering the Uzbek market.

Abduaziz has also worked at leading international law firms in New York, Washington D.C., and Frankfurt, focusing on high-value international arbitration, enforcement of arbitral awards, and multijurisdictional litigation. He served as a Visiting Scholar at the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, researching global trade law and dispute settlement mechanisms.

He currently advises clients at the intersection of Uzbek law and global practice, delivering strategic guidance for foreign investors, multinational businesses, and cross-border disputes. 

He is fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek.

Azamat Sharipov

Mr. Sharipov is a seasoned legal professional with over seven years of experience in criminal investigations and criminal liability. He previously served as an investigator at the public prosecution office for five years, where he gained extensive expertise in prosecutorial investigations and enforcement matters. Following this, he spent two years in the banking sector, advising on financial regulations and compliance.

Mr. Sharipov now provides strategic legal counsel to clients on complex criminal investigations and liability issues, ensuring rigorous defense and regulatory adherence in high-stakes matters.
