Our team lead by partner Mr.Shokhrukh Bekmurzaev secured a win in a case administered by Tashkent International Arbitration Center. 

Decisive aspect of the case was jurisdictional issue since underlying contract was governed by both Uzbek law and the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention). However, as a result of hard work on case strategy, well-grounded arguments and citations to applicable case law by our team became instrumental to obtain fully favorable award against EU resident company.
