Fairlex Consulting advised a fintech start-up to obtain an approval from CBU for launching activities under “regulatory sandbox”

Local fintech start-up together with foreign partner approached us for legal support in getting approval from Central Bank of Uzbekistan. The work we have done under this project as follows:

• Drafting a contract with foreign partner 

• Examining project: for which activities “regulatory sandbox” are need and for which not 

• Drafting an internal regulation that prescribes procedure of the project

As a result of intense work done by our team, client got approval from CBU in a very short time and started his project.
